7. Please tell me that the signature verified by State Bank of India Manager according to you signature mis-match. You are Private company manager and challenging Public Sector Bank Government First Class Gazetted Officer at what authority you are working in your private company (Annexture G )
8. You have misplaced my certificate in your office and you are blaming on me that they have been returned to me under objection signature mis-match on letter dated[protected]Annexture F )
9. Original Certificate No. 109025 of 100 sharese thatt was also sent by registered post on[protected]. (Annexture J)
10. So please transfer these shares in my DP id at UPSE Security Ltd ( Annexture H)
11. Please Transfer the above shares in my account or else I have to take the matter to Company / Court at the last .
12. I would like to draw your atttention that in this Kovid period when I am in earnest need of money and I am not able to get my shares due to your negligency. You are constantly harassing me for last three years after many reminders in between.
