Wonderchef Home Appliances — big jar leakage problem (wonderchef 400 watt nutri-blend)

I purchased wonderchef 400 watt nutri-blend on 21 oct. And received a difected piece leakage problem in big jar and complainant registered. Service er visit on 12th nov and told me that your jar will be replaced within 2-3 days but now five days has been completed and no one is taking care of this complaint. Pls help me to return back this difected product.

Complaint no. Wc/sf/061117/143 not resolve from last eleven days and no response received from customer care and watsapp services.
