Had purchased a otg from Wonderchef on 16th May. Found it defective. Immediately mailed the bill, images of the piece to the customer care. After several calls, mails and messages they sent a replacement on the 2nd of July. Opened it up and found this piece also defective. None is available for the concern. They don’t know how to deal with the clients. I want a refund. Their products are low quality. Filed a complaint with the consumer court now. Was this information helpful? | |||

Plz mote o have purchased wonderchef granite cookware 2 yrs back b quality is poor n not as per quality standards.the coating is worn out n on complaint company doesn’t reply plz revert i need replacement of Kadhai although its out of warranty such cookware causes cancer kindly replace my Kadhai as I need value for money spent
