Wonderchef Home Appliances — complaint number up[protected] not resolved even after 6 months

I had ordered 1 quantity each of spare handle
1) click amaze green - frying pan 24 cm - handle

2) click amaze green - wok 24 cm - handle.

Payment for the product of rs 520 was made on 18 april 2019 against complaint number up[protected]. The issue was under noor khan who was never available in office. On regular enquiry the customer care team assured delivery everytime within 10-12 days. It has been almost 6 months now. Inspite of regular followups, the product has not yet been dispatched and there is no information with their executives
