[Resolved] Wonderchef Home Appliances — Cookware tawa | |||
I have complained repeatedly to Wonderchef vide my complaint no. MA[protected] regarding the substandard tawa that was purchased by me. I have given them the picture of the tawa as well as the invoice. They just give empty assurances that someone will contact me and they will replace the product, but in spite of reminders to them, nobody contacts. The after sales service of this company is just pathetic and for sure, never will I ever buy any Wonderchef product in the future. This is the second instance of their inefficiency that I share. The first one was when I ordered a chopper through my friend from them in Oct 2020. The product was never delivered and everytime I contacted them, that empty assurance was given that they were looking into the matter. After 15 follow ups, I gave up. And till date there is no sign of the tawa. Was this information helpful? | |||
