Wonderchef Home Appliances — damaged royal velvet plus set of purple colour

I have purchased the product royal velvet plus set of purple colour.in the set wok with lid is defected. I have launched the complain several time but no response from their side. Please help. I have placed the order on 13-feb and received on 24th feb.2019. When i call to the call center they ask to write a mail and once i complain on mail they just sent the automated mail and after that no revert. Please help me with this issue.

We have diffected pan in a lower curved shape please replace this pan we have 4 set purchase but one product are deffective these conditions not used in induction plate there are not working in induction plate hot heat we have purchase please solev this problem i am leave in Bhopal this is my no [protected], -- [protected]

My nonstick pan purple 22 cm is in warranty and its coating is coming out. Kinfly help
