Wonderchef Home Appliances — Dual Waffle Maker | |||
I had purchased a dual waffle maker on 30 June 2020 from Wonderchef Web site. Since day one the waffles are burning (total black) and sticking to the plates. see pic attached. Call center executives just assure our complaint will be resolved. Technician twice visited after too many calls and follow-ups and replaced Thermostat twice. But still facing same issue. not sure what they do. Asked for a replacement too of the product. But no response. Cst care executives don't allow you to speak to any superior giving excuses. Pathetic service center experience. Since months my complain is open. no proper response over e-mails too. I want a replacement of my dual waffle maker but that looks too far fetched. Can anyone look into this as my warranty will soon expire and then I definitely don't think I will have any hopes. Was this information helpful? | |||

I still have not heard from Wonderchef team or customer care or management. Next month my warranty expires and the product is still unrepaired and unexchanged. Can we have some quick updates please?
