Wonderchef Home Appliances — False promises made for replacement of damaged product | |||||
We had ordered a Wok and Frying Pan of Granite Set from Wonderchef via Order Ref: SO/CPO/1517/2202575 Dated 22-02-17. Both the products were received in a damaged condition and a complaint was made by calling customer care and sending mail(ENQ/280217/81). Received response saying reverse pick up will be arranged in 3 - 4 days and replacement in 7 days. However even after 1.5 months even the reverse pick up has not been arranged. Every time we call the customer care a false promise is made about dispatching the product and there is no response to mails even after sending 6 reminders so far. We are feeling cheated and harassed by this behavior of Wonderchef company. There customer care is most unprofessional and unsatisfactory and we want to resolve this issue at the earliest failing which I will register the complaint in consumer court.
