A royal velvet set and a grill pan were ordered together from wonderchefs website on 17th june.
Received an incomplete order on 27th june - the grill pan worth rupees 2000 was not delivered.
We registered a complaint on the wonderchef website for the same.
We were contacted by wonderchef customer care executive - vaishali chawda who asked us to send the required details on 1st july, we sent the details but no response was received from wonderchef.
We were contacted by wonderchef again, after 19 days of no response on 20th july by customer care executive noor khan who asked for the same details we had already shared on 1st july. We shared the details again but received no response.
It has been almost a month since registering a complaint on the wonderchef website and the issue has still not been resolved. Was this information helpful? |
