Wonderchef Home Appliances — inspite of payment done product not dispatched even after 6 months.

I had ordered 1 quantity each of spare handle
1) click amaze green - frying pan 24 cm - handle

2) click amaze green - wok 24 cm - handle.

Payment for the product of rs 520 was made on 18 april 2019 against complaint number up[protected]. On regular enquiry the customer care team assure delivery everytime within 10-12 days. It has been almost 6 months now. Inspite of regular followups, the product has not yet been dispatched.
