I ordered a wonderchef nutriblend[protected]watt mixer grinder on 3rd nov 2018, which was delivered to me on 5th nov 2018.
I raised a complain about its non working condition on 5th dec 2018 against which no action was taken on immidiate effect.
After so many follow ups & calls finally the mechanic visited on 31st dec 2018 & told that the motor is not working & as it is in warranty period so the same will be replaced within 7 working days. He assured me that he will raise the motor replacement request by that day itself.
But till date no one came to replace the motor & on each call to customer care they again & again assure me that the mechanic will come within 2 or 3 days & blah bhah.
Now as i have wasted my lot of precious time on calling & all i request consumer court to ask the company to return my money back & take back their worst grinder. I request to look into the matter & help me out please.
