Wonderchef Home Appliances — not supplying nutriblend jar bases even after paying in advance | |||||
Sir, I ordered nutriblend jar bases with twin blade and flat bed (Total 2 bases) on phone to wonderchef customer care on 27.03.2018. I paid rs 575/- for the same through internet banking on 27.03.2018. Reference no. For this order is wc/bt/270318/40. It has been around 3 months but till date i have not received the product. I contacted wonderchef customer care on [protected] several times but i get the answer 'you will get the product next week'. Even i asked for refund of my money but neither they are delivering the product nor refunding back my money. I therefore request you to kindly do the needful to settle the issue. I am not happy with wonderchef because no body is working their job nobody at care ready to take complain I have purchased nutri blend and its motor is get damagesed within 15 to 20 days please do something.

Hi, I have bought wonderchef chopper . It is an very useful product.i love this product. But recently the handle which is used to rotate has broke. I tried at many stores for that particular part but I didn’t find it anywhere so I kindly request you to let me know where can I get this product. Thank you
