Purchased Nutri blend & it suddenly stopped working during warranty period. We lodged d complain & received d mail on 10.5.19 that d product will be replaced within 10 days. Even after lapse of more than 1& half month I have been told dat my product is being dispatched & will get in 10 days.
Whenever we make a call, same reply is given. Neither we have received any replacement nor getting any satisfactory reply. We r not at all satisfied with d product & d company. No one there to hear & these telemarketing people just make fool o[censored]s. There is deficiency in service which is deprecated. Was this information helpful? |
