Wonderchef Home Appliances — poor quality products delivered and no proper response to replace with defect free products and no refund | |
I had ordered combo pack containing the below mentioned products on 17th may via the food food channel - telephonic booking option for wonderchef. Order id: so/ptg/1920/022638 and invoice number: tr/ptg/1920/125283 Containing: 1. Turbo chopper and juicer 2. Turbo grater deluxe 3. A peeler as free item 4. Sanjeev kapoor coupon All these for an amount of rs. 2198 When i first received the product, the product packing was received in damaged state with no seal for turbo chopper and juicer, one of the cap was missing, the handles appeared used and damaged with scratches on them. Since june 1st i have been contacting the customer care team for a replacement or refund and have not been receiving any proper response from the team. They did send another pack of turbo chopper and juicer and this time the box was unsealed again, and it was completely damaged in packing. Once again the handles etc appeared used. Its more than a month now and i still haven't got any replacement nor they are agreeing for any refund when they can't provide me a defect free product. Was this information helpful? | |

Please note i had purchased wonderchef granite cookware 2yrs back warranty is over but d kadhai coating has worn out when pirchased kindly justify quality of d product n request you to replace d piece thanking you
