Wonderchef Home Appliances — received damaged product and customer service unavailable | |||||
Ordered wonderchef prato 1.8 litre electric rice cooker on 14/10/2018 and received damaged product on 20/10/2018. I tried to call customer service but they are not receiving my call since saturday 20/10/2017 which is also the delivery date of the product. Wonderchef is not receiving my calls and not replying to my mails. The base of rice cooker is completely damaged and wire can also be seen. Since receiving my order i tried placing complaint but they are not receiving my calls and not registering my product through whatsapp which they usually do after we send barcodes picture of new product brought from wonderchef. I have bought the Gas Oven Tandoori today, but while I opened it in my home, I noticed that the lid metal knob on the top is broken.
Please replace it ASAP
