Respected wonderchef team this is to inform you that my complaint no.- [dl[protected]]. I had purchased a wonderchef celia deep wok purchase 12th jun one month ago but due to some defect, the cookware was broke down. I call your service center 5 times in a day no one responding and no action for my complaint. Request you to take strict action towards its repair as it's under warranty. I have experienced the worst service from wonderchef this kind of after-sale service is not acceptable from a reputed company like wonderchef. Now i am sad about the bad quality of wonder chef products which belong to me sanjeev kapoor i would request you to arrange for a replacement or kindly send someone to get it repaired as it is under warranty. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.
