Service Request: PB[protected]. The coupler of the blender had broken but I'm not getting any service from the wonderchef. Every time they are giving different excuse and try to make a fool of me. They say that they have escalated this matter but till date I haven't received any solution for that also. They claim that the service agent will give us a call in 12 hours but till date he has never called. Also, the service agent, that they have assigned (Deepak Singh: [protected]) never picks up the phone. I would like to file a complaint of harassment of customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

This issue has already been escalated on 12/15 April. You havent even checked the whole issue and replied me back after one month with your common automated reply. You guys are not capable of resolving any issue you can only make false promises as can be seen from numerous similar complaints floating arround the internet. It was a huge mistake purchasing your product.
