I had placed a complaint on March 24. The complaint number is KA[protected]. Inspite of following up more than 7 times, there has no technician visit. Wonderchef Home Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 12, 2021 Updated by subha.manoj The technical team contacted me and said that this model is no more in production and they don't have any spares. Suggested me to buy the latest model by exchanging the old one. This is just making the customer buy something they don't need. I don't need a new product. Will never recommend the product to anyone.
