September 5 2018 I do not know to whom I need to address this, but I am sure Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor will not even blink his eye lash. I purchased a Wonderchef Secura 5 Pressure Cooker. The pressure was not getting built up in the same and on 28th August 2018 I registered a complaint on line. I was provided with a number “WC SS[protected]. From that date till writing this mail, I am trying to get a feedback on the status of my complaint. Every time, the customer care person takes all the details and confirms that the same will be rectified in next two days. This is very ridiculous as a simple after sales service is completely missing form Wonderchef. No doubt, I will not venture for any products of Wonderchef any more in my life. For Wonderchef, I am one speck in the huge list of consumers. But please note that every consumer is a consumer and I am not stopping at this point. I will flash this in all the mass media areas, thereby attempting the future consumer to be very cautious before picking up any Wonderchef product. I am sorry for this, but I do not see any way beyond. If this is how I get treated, how about the mass people of India who would have no clue what to do.
