Hello Team, The product which I purchased is having 2 years of warrenty. And after using it for less then 3 months it's blender part is got damaged. So I requested to replacement that part. The team said that it's damaged within 6 months so will replace it and get it back to you with another good one blender part. But it's more then 1month now no action's is been taken on it. In middle I contacted to one of the support person as well. He also told me that I will get it back to you soon with new good one blender part. But I didn't get anything. Not even call from your team. Today I got message from your company that my request is been closed. Please reopen my case MA[protected] and get back to me with proper solution.
