I am filing this complaint regarding Wooden Bazar’s unfulfilled delivery promises, repeated delays, and lack of response from their customer support team. My order was placed on October 8, 2023, with a specified delivery time frame of 15-20 days, as indicated on the attached receipt. However, over a month has now passed, and the product has still not been delivered.
Throughout this period, I have contacted Wooden Bazar multiple times, stressing the importance of receiving my order by November 10, as I have an important client meeting at my home on November 11. This meeting is critical to my business and cannot be rescheduled. Unfortunately, despite my ongoing efforts and numerous follow-ups, Wooden Bazar has consistently failed to provide a concrete delivery date or any resolution. Here is a summary of the events:
1. Initially, Wooden Bazar informed me that the required cloth for the order was unavailable. I immediately responded, agreeing to change the fabric to any available option to avoid delays.
2. Then, I was told that the table size would need to be modified, and I accommodated this change as well.
3. After that, they cited staf[censored]navailability due to leave as the cause of delay.
4. Finally, I was informed that the marble had been sent to a vendor, with no specific timeline for completion.
Each communication was met with new excuses rather than any proactive steps to ensure delivery. As of today, Wooden Bazar’s customer support has become unresponsive, effectively leaving me in a helpless situation, with no information on when I might expect my order. This lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability has left me in a highly inconvenient position, forcing me to bear the brunt of their negligence during a crucial client meeting at my home.
This situation has caused me undue stress, disrupted my plans, and will potentially damage my professional reputation. I am seeking immediate assistance from the Consumer Rights Forum to resolve this matter and hold Wooden Bazar accountable for failing to honor their commitments. I am also requesting guidance on any further actions I may take, including compensation for the damages caused by their continued delays and lack of communication.
