I placed an order for dressing table on wooden bazar website (order #3391) on 06th Jan 2025
As per the details on the website,
delivery timeline is 25 days
I was supposed to receive the dressing table to my location by 05 Feb 2025.
After multiple conversations on customer care number (+[protected] about the subject on the order not delivered?
when the order is not received to me by 05th feb
I texted "Hello Sir, would you please proceed towards the refund for the canceled order" - 11th Feb 2025
Reply from Customer care " We will dispatch by tomorrow not refund" - 07th Feb 2025
I texted "Why the status is still in order ready and you updated me that order is shipped?" Can you proceed towards refund if you do not confirm shipping - 11th Feb 2025
Reply from Customer care " Sharing tracking sir" - 11th Feb 2025
I texted "This is extreme delay with no updates to customer and after multiple request you are denying to me for refund." - 14th Feb 2025
Reply from Customer care "Let me check your order sir, By tomorrow you’re getting the tracking details" - 14th Feb 2025
I texted "Last date on 12th feb Tuesday you updated me that you will share the tracking number?: And till today on 16th feb my order is still not dispatched - 16th feb

I texted "Amount is not credited to my account why it is not done ?? - 23rd Feb

So I have mentioned the important exchanges, and the tracking number is not correct it is showing some other location. and till today 22.03.2025 I have not received the product and no response from the customer care .
And in the website the order status for my order #3391 is still pending.
And after contacting them no response. On 2nd March in an auto generated mail they have send me the feedback for the received product where I have not received the product technically. This is completely cheating and fraud.
I have not experienced such a mental harassment and bad experience .
Please take some actions against this Company wooden bazaar and I am seeking refund amount 22, 799 /-.
