I have been using Woodland products for a very long time, and I must tell you that I am really really satisfied with your products. All your products are quality ones, except the one shoe which i used recently ( WOODLAND CAMEL OUTDOOR SHOES, [FGC0150V4131I[protected]] ), which I purchased on June 2019 from a woodland showroom in Bangalore.
I take good care of my products, but I really don't know what happened to my Woodland shoe this time. Its heel and sole are broken down into pieces. I don't really know what action you are going to take on this, but I just want you to know that I bought the shoe just 1 year back, buy I couldn't even use it properly due to the pandemic.
Also from a little search on this product, I came across similar complaints from others on this same product with the same complaint. I have spent more than 3.5k for the product which I barely used for 8-10 times in a period of 1 year.
I've already sent an email to the woodland customer care, but received no reply.
Please do the necessary,
