[Resolved]  Woodland — Brown Belt torn within 1 time use after buying it on 1932014

I bought a brown belt from mall of Mysore woodland show room on 19th 03-2014 and i used jest ones and i sow its tearing of its layers, becouse i am living in yadavagiri other side of the city and my busy schedule i couldnot go to showroom immidiatly but i went today to show to the shop keeper and to return the item which i paid Rs, 1395 tru my SBI bank card on that day. when i showed to manager he was refused and told me no garrenty and cannot do anything to you and was asking me to do complaint and you may get response.!!! i was deeply pained and shuttered by his word and was thinking this is the way happened to the customer who spent and bought things thinking its usable by paying heavy price and not been used for even a month or few days and had to go and go and argue to the shop keepers and wait for their sympathy to get a good respond or replacement or even to take matter to the wood land customer care.. i would say this is too much to the costumer(me) who spent for the item sold by wood land had no courtesy even to respond well to me.there for i am making a note of it to the concerned person who would solve this matter and return my belt (which i left it with manager after all the argument and refuse he was called me back to complaint costumer care himself and asked me to leave the belt with him ) or cash paid for and kindly do not drag me to the worse!
