The above mentioned product was purchased online, copy of the invoice attached. After receiving the product there was issue with the size and fitting, which was informed to the customer care e mail id. It was informed that we should visit the local Woodland for exchanging the product otherwise may register for back delivery.
We visited the Woodland store at VVR (Trillium) Mall however the requisite size was not available, hence a request for pick up of the product was requested.
To our surprise the response of the mail was that the product is used where as the Trillium mall store staff who have personally seen the product was ready to exchange this.
Though this forum I just want to highlight highly unprofessional attitude of the company where the consumer is being doubted upon his/her integrity without confirming whether product has been used or not.
Our family is a long term patrons of the Company but this approach/response is quite painful
I hope the Company will do the needful, once the issue is raised through your portal
