Woodland — Jacket sticking came out on first wash

I have purchased the winter jacket from "Aero Club Woodland
Shop no G1 Shivalik wstern,
LP savani Road, Surat, Gujarat, India " On 28 Dec 2022 .

After first machine gentle wash as per your guidelines the collar fabric of the jacket came out from stitches.
It has been only 24 days from the purchase date that fabric came out. OR it would have came earlier as I haven't washed it because I was out of town for last 2 weeks.

I have submitted the jacket in the store for the repair today on 22 Jan 2023. I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH POOR QUALITY FROM WOODLAND.

On mail I have been asked to visit store in 10 day as they said they will share there decisions with store and when i reached store they are not having information and asking me fo mail the store now. After all this now company is saying it is wear tear and accidental not covered whereas it is clear seen in the pic thay do the the less fabir in stickes everything came out on first wash.
