I am filing this complaint against Woodland Worldwide (woodlandworldwide.com) for deficiency in service and non-response to my valid return request.

eason for Return: The size is too big and I did not like the product (fit and overall appearance not as expected).
The shoes are completely unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached and invoice.
As per Woodland's official return policy, returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery by emailing [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com (unworn condition, original packaging). Delivery was on 23 Dec 2025, so I am still well within the 10-day period (today 28 Dec 2025).
I have sent over 15-20 emails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com in the last 5 days and tried calling the toll-free number multiple times, but no response, no acknowledgment, and no pickup arranged.
This is causing me financial loss (prepaid ₹2697) and mental harassment due to poor customer service.
Requested Resolution:
Immediate approval of return and free pickup from my address: Naim kirana store Bahauddin complex Nizampur Jawad hotel bhiwandi Dist Thane, THANE, MAHARASHTRA, Pincode: 421302
Full refund of ₹2697 to my original payment method
If not resolved urgently, I will escalate to National Consumer Helpline[protected].
