[Resolved] Woodland — Not able to track my order, Neither received my Order

On[protected], i bought a pair of shoes from the official website of Woodland. Paid the full amount, my order number is OR-2592451. Till now, I am not being able to track my order. It is showing nothing. Company is not responding on email & their customer support phone number is not connecting. Feels like I am being cheated. Nov 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Received my order today. But one thing I must mention that from making the order till recieving the order, i didn't get any messages from Woodland or the courier company. During this, i was also not able to track my order. Their customer care number was not connecting. So, Company should seriously work on these things to make the customer experience good. Yet, Thanks for delivering my order. Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
