Woodland — Order cancelled and pending refund and no response

Hi. I had placed an order, no. 2386197 on 6 feb 2022. Since there was no status update for few days and no response from the customer care neither on phone nor email, I cancelled order vied 140808 dt: 9 feb 2022. After cancellation, they sent me an email that package has been couriered. I immediately responded to the email informing them that I shall not accept the delivery since I had alreafy cancelled the order for a refund to my original payment acount. Today, dt: 12 feb 2002, I rejected the delivery and sent woodland an email to that effect. But till date there hasn't been a single reponse from the company and no step taken to address the situation. Would be thankful if the issue can be addressed and a refund to original payment account be made at the earliest.

Still no response from Woodland. Some customer service from such a renowned brand. I mean, I have been a patron of Woodland, always making the purchase from them. First time I make their online purchase I get this. I feel disappointed to be left in the lurch.
