Hi team, Recently i have purchased woodland sandals from woodland online website on 7th jan, 2019. But it wasn't delivered to me till now and instead it was updated as delivered in the website. I tried contacting woodland customer care number and dtdc helpline through online enquiry form but no proper response. Jan 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved DTDC delivery person has taken the parcel back without calling me, i went to the corresponding office and collected it personally after some enquiry. I am surprised that woodland doesnt check with the customer for delivery or any delivery message sent before updating it as delivered. Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
