I purchased a Men's Brown Strappy Sandals on 25.7.2025 and make an online payment of Rs 2397 via credit card. But due to urgency I go to out of station so I cancel the order even order didn't ship at that time. But my refund of Rs 2397 not credit back to my account. I call to customer care no. but it doesn't response only telecaller gave option 1 and 2 for online and offline purchase and not any representative take a call. Please refund my Rs 2397.
