I have ordered a pair of shoes for gift on 31st march, 2023 and waited over more than 2 weeks for delivery of product. I was continuously mailing for the order status, but satisfactory response was recorded.

I have to cancel my order because neither the product was delivered nor did I received any proper response or exact delivery date. Now, I am again writing and writing for refund. Sort this out as soon as possible.
