Return pick up of woodland shoes and refund

Sir,
I have received a pair of shoes on dtd. 14/12/2023 vide article No. GF4141021) brown colour size 40 and Invoice No. [protected] dtd. 11/12/2023 against order No. OR-3144318 and SO[protected] dtd. 11/12/2023.
However this is not a good feet for me. Therefore I want to return the shoes. Kindly make arrangement for the same and early refund. The cost of the pair of shoes is Rs.1995.00 which I have paid Cash on Delivery (COD)....

Bought would land sleeper from Woodland at D051. There is big disappointment with Woodland I never expect this. My experience was always good before.

      I recieved my order [Order ID OR-3176322, date 01.02.2024, Size Euro 45, Desert Boot KHAKI, delivered on 13.02.2024 through Delivery with AWB -[protected]], but unfortunately the size is very big though i ordered the correct size as per my other brands. I asked for a replacement and received email on 14.02.2024 saying that they will look into the matter but till today no action from them . So, i asked for a refund for the said order, and still not getting any response from woodland.
      I would like to return the item and request you to please process my refund asap

        We may submit that we ordered the above shoes Size 35 No .vide AWB No. D82635022 and received the same on 31.01.2024 under Invoice No.[protected] .
        But, we are sorry to inform you that the size is somewhat small and tight. As such it is unusable for us. So, we are requesting you to please exchange this with any colour of black, Tan, cherry or Dgrey of size of 36 No.
        We shall be highly thankful to you in accepting our request of return. We sent mail to your customer care on the same day regarding this. They advised us to write you. So we are approaching you. Please help and oblige us.

          So i ordered(purchased) this sandals from woodland online, Brown basic sandals For Men priced 2107, and after that i got "payment successful" email, after that i went on to check my order status on woodland's website from where i ordered the shoes nothing is showing up, and when i go to my cart its shows that the sandals are ready to checkout, where as i have already checked out the sandals and payed for it, from the time when i ordered this shoes i only have got "payment successful" mail and i have got nothing regarding the order, no order number, no order tracking or status, not even a mail consisting that i have purchased the sandals, only" payment successful" mail nothing more than that, please can anybody help me regarding this. ?               I have been using Woodland shoes from a very long time and like always purchased new pair of shoes from Woodland (online) on sale which was delivered on Monday, 14th August 23.
              However, to my shock, it was not even a week and these sandals started tearing off and are breaking from the bottom(sole). It was unbelievable! Even a low-quality shoe won't tear off and break like this.
              This is not expected from Woodland. I mailed the customer care with pics. While they accepted the quality issue, they are not ready to issue the refund for the same., instead they want me to visit the store and purchase a new item.
              I had purchased the shoes on a sale. Now if they ask me to buy something else of the same amount, I dont think I will get any shoes for Rs. 1500/- and I dont want to spend any more money. Also you are making an already grieved customer run here and there for no fault of his.
              And if I have purchased something online then my issue should also be resolved online. This is absolutely unfair, please help

                Poor management and return policies

                First of all, i ordered a pair of shoes on 12th of jan which showed to be delivered on 20th of january which actually wasn't received by me. They actually lost my package. I tried to call and mail woodland people but to no vain. There was no answer from the other side and no response as well. This was a prepaid package so i was extremely worried hence, i took it in my hands and called the dtdc staff and figured out my package. Finally...

Since 27th December i am calling on Woodland customer care number and they are saying we can't do anything then i mailed on [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and no response. I called again they said we will forward the mail. And again 16 days are passes and still no response from your side. If this complaint didn't helped me then i will complaint in consumer court. I want my money back.

                          The shoe is defective, there are a number of defects. It looks like a used shoe or a quality discard that has been given to me. I would like to return this product immediately for a full refund if Rs 3297 I have paid.

                          The lace rivet is broken, I can’t use the shoe
                          The insole foam and fabric are not aligned and the insole does not fit in the shoe
                          The quality of adhesive used and how the top part of the shoe is attached to the sole is very poor.

                            I returned a black jacket which I ordered from woodland which I didn't liked. But now refund is not happening even after a month. I called, emailed, tweeted many times but nothing happened and I am very frustrated from woodland and want my refund ASAP. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM WOODLAND.

                              I have purchased a pair of shoes in Sep but after couple of months, i met with some issues in them. I had immediately returned them for repair work. After few weeks, I have received them but there was a deep cut on one of the shoes. I haven't accepted it and told them that I need them in the same condition ie without mark. After a long time and multiple follow ups with them, they have refused to resolve this.

                              I request you to please take appropriate action in this issue as I wont accept them in such condition. Either they exchange them or refund my money.
