New Product damaged and Bad Services

21.08.2022 I bought a New woodland scandals at Woodland showroom, Vishal d Mall, Madurai, Tamilnadu. Within 2 days Product was damaged, I went to Showroom and give it to services, they took two days after I was shocked, They used FEVIKWIK glue to fix the WOODLAND logo!!! Payment successful from upi, but order was not placed. After I purchased from offline store I got an email for successful order.

I placed an order on 1st May 2022 at https://www.woodlandworldwide.com., I received a confirmation mail after making the online payment from [protected]@ccavenue.com( Order no. 2444662); however, when I checked the woodland website for my order, it showed that the order was not verified.

Hello Woodland India Team,
I have a bad experience with Woodland and I swear not to recommend this brand to anyone. I have purchased a pair of shoes (Article No - [Protected] / Invoice No[protected] worth Rs. 3890 Chandra Sen Singh from Jhansi Sadar Bazar on 27/02/2021.
