Woodland Shoes — Refund not received of Item Returned & Wrong Item Delivered

I have ordered a pair of women sandals. thru order no. OR-4129216 SubOrder Id SO-4217066 dated 22/5/26. The size did not fit. So I asked for return. The return pickup was collected by Delhivery agent on Friday i.e., 5th June 2026. But I have not recieved any communication from Woodland about its reciept & further refund process. I am unable to talk to their assistant on Toll free number also since then.

In the same order I have also ordered men's sandal with suborder id SO 4217068. But I received single pcs of gumboot of random company. I put the issue with them they denied saying they have sent ordered item. I have photos of the item I received. Which they are not acknowledging, & now their Toll free number is going unattended.
