Woodland — this is the 2nd time i had experienced horrible customer service from one of your stores

I bought a belt from your Angamaly store 2 weeks back. And this is the 2nd time i had experienced horrible customer service from one of your stores. It was so rude that i just picked a belt and settled the bill without having tried it on. Unfortunately the belt doesnt fit and it was pouring heavily that evening so the bill is gone. However, I have the tags. I called up the store to check of they could scan the barcode and get the bill details so that i can have a belt that fits and they straight away said they wont do that.
