I have ordered a product(woodland shoe, model no:FGC[protected]F009order no:OR-2404445/SO[protected]on second march 2022, when im ordering the item will be delivered on seventh march 2022 was showing the advertisements, but the item not yet even shipped, i would like to know the undetermined delay of shipment

I ordered the shoes on 3 October and today is 17 October, still not delivered and the website is not showing the order status . I would like to know why there is so my delayed in the delivery or I have to cancel my order
