Woodland — Unreasonable Delay in Shoe Repair Since April 18

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the prolonged delay and poor handling of a repair request at your Woodland C-173A, Jailroad Fateh Nagar, New Delhi 110018 Shop code_D310.

I submitted my Woodland shoes for repair on 18th April 2025, and was clearly informed that the repaired pair would be returned within 15 days. It has now been well over one and a half months, and I have yet to receive my shoes — or even a proper update.

Despite three personal visits to the store and multiple follow-ups with the staff, I have received nothing but vague responses and broken promises. On one occasion, I was even assured of a specific return date — yet that date passed without any resolution or communication.

This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for a brand like Woodland. I have been more than patient throughout this process, but the lack of accountability and clarity has made the experience extremely frustrating.

If you truly care about your brand’s reputation and future sales, I strongly urge you to look at the Google reviews for this showroom.This is clearly not an isolated case and reflects a disturbing trend that needs your immediate attention.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and urgently. I want:
• A clear update on the status of my shoes,
• A definite return date, and
• An explanation for the unacceptable delay and poor handling by the store staff.

Please consider this as an official complaint and take the necessary steps to resolve it without any further delay.

Please find the attached receipt for the boots repair that they have given(receipt no. 20).
