[Resolved] Woodland — Woodlands cheating with online purchases | |||
I had placed one one order on 25th September 2014 with order number 75904.Two days later I got a mail that my item is shipped with delhivery courier with a tracking number. I waited for the delivery for 4-5 days but i wont get any updates.So I called the customer care of delhivery and they told me that the tracking number is Invalid. So i sent mail and call to woodland estore department and they informed me that it was due to some mistake and they will ship the item within 24 hours.And I heard the same thing for the last 4-5 days. On October 7th morning also the CC executive of woodland gave a promise that they will resolve the issue by the same day itself.But its not yet resolved till now. I want to know Why you cheat the customers with these kind of false information, If you are unable to ship the product please cancel my order and refund the money. Its almost 22 days after I placed the order and made so many calls and mails to the woodland customer care and Delhivery CC.. I will go through some other shopping sites and proceed the purchases from there.This is the first ever bad experience from such a branded site... Was this information helpful? | |||
