[Resolved] Woodpecker Furniture — Poor customer service on complaint | |||||
We had purchased one set of clinton sofa set of wood pecker brand through flipkart. within one month, problem of sagging of foam in one of the sofa started due to which it became uncomfortable to sit. we, requested to repair/replace the same. their mechanic visited our house and said there is manufacturing defect and it has to be replaced. but even after 3 months neither the sofa has been repaired nor replaced. do not buy any furniture from these people, specially of wood pecker brand. even my negative review of the product has not been posted by flipcart on their website. even after a long series of email, these people are least bothered. We are committed to resolve your complaint and would like to clarify your queries as follows.
• We have supplied the Clinton sofa set against the Flipkart order OD[protected] on 22.02.16.
• The product was received by you without any complaints and the same was acknowledged from your end in the proof of delivery.
• Further we have received your complaint on 25.03.16 after one month from the date of delivery and this is due to improper usage.
• We tried allocating the technician to resolve the complaint as we don’t operate service directly in Kolkata We have allocated the Service Calls Via Flipkart’ s Sister concern Jeeves.
• However it has got delayed due to non-availability of senior technician from Jeeves in Kolkata.
• In reference to our earlier Tele conversation we have even informed that we can reimburse the service charges even though it is a direct non serviceable area of Woodpecker Furniture.
We haven’t received any revert later from your end on the reimbursement of Service Charges.
We request you to confirm the service charges in order to proceed further.

We are faced very worst customer service from wood pecker for the existing customer. They are focusing on new customers. No proper communication, response and commitment. We are struggled lot to handle the situation with them. We are waiting for 3days to re assembly the cot and wars rope. Helpless...
