WWICS Group — Deficieny in Service and Non Refund of Fee

I had applied for Manitoba PNP Skilled Category Settlement Plan on November 2012 with File no-72042. I applied for the bronze package.
I was informed that the affidavit of support would be availabe on May/June 2013. The company delayed the process till Novemeber 2013 and even then no clear response was given. Despite repeated written representations and visit to Patiala and Mohali office nothing happened.
My dream of moving to Canada through proper channel and procedure is shattered.
WWICS took huge fee of Rs2, 02, 248 + USD 5200). Despite my request no refund has been given till date. Please find all the receipts attached.
