WWICS Group — I deserve an explanation and refund

Hi I'm Advocate Chayanika Chatterjee,

I've applied Visitor Visa, through this Company named WWICS(they claim they've 29 years experience) Branch Kolkata.
Under Mr Samit Majumder who is the head of the Kolkata branch, my consultant was Sukanya Saha, in the middle of my visa processing suddenly she left the company, then i tried to contact Mr Samit Majumder. At first they have promised that my application will be proceeded carefully. Honestly i trusted them cause i got my biometrics letter. But biometrics after 15-20 days. I got the letter from the main branch of Wwics that my Visa got rejected cause of less funds in my account.

I have asked them 100 of times that how much safety amount i have to keep. Cause according to Immigration Act of Canada it depends on profile to profile. They have provided me wrong information. And after the rejection when i questioned them the manager have stopped communicating via calls with me. He is telling me that I'm irritating him via texts.
