I wish to complain about the WWICS Muscat office which provides immigration services to Canada that FSN: 140240 (C[protected] started the Canada Permanent Residence (PR) process in June - July 2019 to WWICS Muscat office, Oman.
I am complaining because the WWICS Muscat office, told me they will get a Canadian passport for the whole family. They still advertisement more on social media and collecting money from expats in Oman and also sending messages on mobile numbers and also my friend paid money with them and also suffering because they didn't do service kindly look into their social media page daily, they are offering advertisement for getting passport of different countries like Australia. New Zealand and many European countries. Kindly your side to enquire about this and inform to their embassy about these company gave a lot of information about the Canada process, my profession (Assistant Professor) to get a job easily after the age 40 in Canada, and PR status Canada, the WWICS will give full services, like free medical coverage, free education, WWICS will provide the employment offers.
There is a big scam in that office and India, the court has banned their offices but still, they are opening in different company names.
All this information was not practically followed by the WWICS Muscat office and WWICS Muscat office employees did not follow to get the payment of RO 800 and extra of RO 173 in their office. WWICS Muscat office urged me to pay this money quickly otherwise the offer will close, and you need to pay more money through continuous messages and phone calls they threaten me for payment. They did not allow to decide because of their urgency and were forced to pay the money. For nearly two years no one from the WWICS Muscat office, Oman not updated and follow up information to me and they provide false information about the Canadian immigration process.
The WWICS Muscat company ban India because of their wrong information given to the public about their services. WWICS Muscat, Oman office has given wrong guidance with false information to the public and collect money. After collecting the money, they did not provide their services to their client regularly.
During my inquiry time, the WWICS Muscat office gave a lot of false information given to misguided me for payment purposes only. After the payment, I contacted the WWICS Muscat office many times to inquiry about the Canada Employment process and other related services, from WWICS Muscat office did not respond properly. From mail the WWICS Muscat office will update the job opportunities, continuous follow up until to get Canada PR, teaching profession lot of opportunities are available, WWICS will provide all the details but, nothing happens, which they gave all false information and misguided for payment.
When I have approached the WWICS Muscat office, they told me there is a lot of opportunities in Canada for my teaching profession (Assistant Professor) at the age of 38 and more and to get a job easy at this age even more than 40 they told me, when I searched and enquired about my profession in Canada it is licensed one and to get a job age 40 difficult, now I’m in the age of 40. At this age I’m not able to get a job in Canada, it seems too difficult to do the process in which information is given from the WWICS Muscat office, not practically possible, at this condition I am unable to continue the process from WWICS Muscat, Oman. Kindly refund the full money which I was paid to WWICS Muscat, Oman since any services have not yet started and received from the WWICS Muscat office.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Mr. Ajay Kumar in his office at WWICS Muscat office and he told me that the WWICS Muscat office will process and communicate to me about my inquiry of non-communication and no follow up nothing could be done about my problem. WWICS Muscat office informs orally communication refund not possible for immediately and it will take more than 6 months. WWICS Muscat office did not reply mail, I believe that this response is unfair because of all the wrong information given by the WWICS Muscat office.

To resolve this problem, I would like you to take the necessary step for a refund of the money as soon as possible, which I paid to the WWICS Muscat office.
