I would like to say that my name is Manjeet Sharma, I am working and living in Kuwait. i applied for a Poland work permit last year in feb. Until now I did not get my permit so I visited your branch here many times but then my case manager (Ms Yukti) told me you will get your money back that i have submitted at starting like an advance payment i., e 250 KD .

On February this year i have talked to my case manager so she said i will get my money back within one month, but now almost 3 months completed she is not replying on my calls, no picking up my calls then i approach to branch manager (Mr Ashley), he said he will help me out to get my money back but he also not answering even not giving any update .

I am sorry to say but very bad behavior with the customer, not properly treating the customer.

i am really respectfully request you to kindly help me out to get my money back please.
