This is regarding the refund of retaining fees of Rs 118000/-+Interest as WWICS failed to get the work permit as promised.

It is pertinent to mention that marketing manager Mr Ashish lured me on pretext of availability of pre approved LMIA and promised to get the work permit in 5-6 months. On dated 26.05.202, he contacted me and intimated that pre approved LMIAs are available with him and work permit will be arranged in 5-6 months. He got my resume and other documents, checked eligibility and asked me to pay the retaining fee of Rs 118000. He insisted to get hire the services immediately to get the work permit of Canada at the earliest. Upon my enquiry he assured that the retaining fee will be refunded in case of failure of the work to be done. I have most of the conversation records, voice messages of Mr Ashish which he used at the time of retaining the services.

Later on Mr Ashish started ignoring me by not attending my calls and even my messages. I brought the issue to the notice of Mr Arvinder Branch Head as well as WWICS Customer Services Head that my case is delayed a lot and I am feeling a victim of fraud.I also requested to refund the retaining fees immediately.

Now I am approaching you for the refund request through this email. Hope you will take necessary action and arrange immediate refund along with the interest for illegal retaining of my amount. This is as per the assurance of refund given by Mr Ashish during the retaining process.
