Dear sir I had placed ORDER ID [protected] jack & jones jeans on[protected]. I was caught by surprise when i opened the package its was a VOI brand jeans . The moment i received the product i had informed jabong about the wrong product With snapshot and details. Still they are not ready to accept their mixups. They straightaway closed the request and my money is stuck with them . They are not ready to refund for the same. I am the victim here. Please take care that customers should not be the victim for your mistakes. They are so stubborn they don't even care for their customers. I need my refund. Any ways i am going to consumer forum.
