I found an ad on Olx In saharnpur region . When i text them then reply that they dealer and deals in sell and purchase of old and new mobile .the sent me a link www.oldmobile.co and said to buy frm there . The site look attractive like any other onlineshoolpping site . When i place order then they said me to pay online by NEFT Transfer, IMPS OR paytm nd said when you paid they shipped the order . I transfer the amount By NEFT into the SBI account provided by them

Then i they mail the bill nd said you get it on or before 10 feb . Then after two days i asked that they they shipped the product or not then the said they shipped .
Then i ask rhem for the tracking Number and courrier reciept they said they dnt provide such information .just say to wait till 10 feb .
After this they dnt reply any mail or msg on whatsapp.
Thn i said them to refund my amount otherwise i will register a complaint in cyber crime branch . Thenafter so much msg theytext me that they will refund by sat or Monaday i.e 15 feb
I wait till15 fwb but didnt get any refund . Nd now the whatsapp account was not active . They cheater misguide people . Please hlp me to get my amount refund .
