Reverent Sir, This is most reverentially submitted that the applicant Anjum Thanvi s/o Dr. Shamim Akhter r/o A-175, Vijay Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110085, do hereby solemnly declare the fact as under : 1. That the applicant has placed an order no.[protected] on 17.03.2015 amounting to Rs. 1299/- for purchasing a pair of Reebok Shoes along with a Belt and Wallet. 2. That the applicant has been approaching them and tracing their order but the accused not only failed to deliver my order but also get their phone switched off. 3. That it seems that they are doing their business with malafide intention. 4. That the complainant is not only sufferer but also various hundreds of persons like me have been cheated by both the companies. 5. That the said company still doing their business with malafide intention and when we approach them through email, then it becomes bounced back, which is itself shows that they have no fear of law and continuing doing their business without fear. PRAYER May I appeal before yourself to kindly look into the matter and give the justice to the sufferer (in thousands) and punish the culprits/accused so that the faith on law remains and also seize the accounts of the culprits for their malafide intentions, irregularities etc. Submitted for the kind perusal before you and taking further necessary remedial measures.
