Xiaomi India — about service at authorised service center | |||
I had purchased redmi 8 on 12/10/2019 from flipkart as the phone was only available online during that period. Now the phone does not charge beyond 27 % so i went to asc but they lied saying that your charger and charger cable is faulty. The same cable and charger works for other redmi 8 phone. My phone is in warranty and i want it repaired otherwise i am going to file a complaint at consumer forum against this asc as well as xiaomi india. Already sentiment is not good about chinese companies. Please do the needful as soon as possible before i take some legal action at consumer forum.
