Xiaomi India — about service of redmi 4a mobile

I have purchased redmi 4a mobile 23 march 2018, and my mobile imei1: number is
Almost 10 month's have been completed from date of purchase, today i went to service center to update my mobile and i was submitted it along with zerox bill copy which i have took it from my mail.
I purchased mobile through online shopping, i got bill in box now it was completely shaded can't even visible clearly
Those people asked me to bring original bill, how can it possible.
Already i have imei sticker on back of my mobile, with the help of that they can track the bill and purchase details thats it..
I have already took a pic of bill in my mobile as soon as i purchased, i showed it to them.
Total illiterate people working in service center of mi which is located in nirmal.
Even they don't know how to behave with customers totally they are from villages..
