Xiaomi India — although I have valid warranty, mi service center refuse to fix the problem. | |||||
I visited mi service center at kolkata, sector v office on 6-feb-2018 & came to know that there is an internal damage, henceforth it's can't be fixed even if there is a valid warranty. Now, as an end customer/user i received this set through "flipkart" on same damaged condition & since the damage was inside so it's not visible from outside. Also the issue is "intermittent" so i was unable to predict that when i received/purchased the set. Now, i am not sure how they can wash their hand & refuse to fix the problem when i have a valid warranty.
